Error Messages

Message : Unable to connect to servlet.

None of the ServletUrlN parameters supplied in Divert.html can connect to DivertServlet. Check that the parameter name is spelled correctly. The parameter is given in a series (ServletUrl1, ServletUrl2, ServletUrl3, ....). The applet will attempt to connect to servlet using the URL supplied in the series. The error message will be display after the applet failed to connect to servlet.
Action: The servlet URl depends on where you deploy the servlet. You can try to locate the servlet by browsing DivertServlet at the server. When you located the servlet, enter the URL in ServletUrl1 parameter in Divert.html. For example if your servlet URL is at http://hostname/examples/servlet/DivertServlet then modify the following line in Divert.html

      <PARAM NAME = ServletUrl1 VALUE = "/examples/servlet/DivertServlet" >
      ServletUrl1="/examples/servlet/DivertServlet"

The first line is IE browser while the second line is for Netscape.
